Terms of Use

This is the agreement between you and SikaNest. It sets out what the app does, what it deliberately does not do, how susu circles and wallet payments work, what things cost, and where responsibility sits when something goes wrong.

1This agreement

These terms are a binding agreement between you and SikaNest. By using the app — with or without an account — or our website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use SikaNest.

Our privacy policy forms part of this agreement and explains how we handle your personal data.

Some features have extra conditions that appear at the moment they matter: the rules of a susu circle you create or join, the fee shown before you pay into one, and the checkout terms when you buy SikaNest Plus. Where a feature-specific condition you accepted in the app conflicts with these terms, the specific one governs that feature.

2Who we are

SikaNest is developed by Wallflake, a company registered in Ghana, with its registered office at Accra, Ghana.

In these terms SikaNest, we, us and our mean that company, and you means the person using the service.

3Who may use SikaNest

We do not ask for your date of birth. By using SikaNest you confirm that you meet these conditions.

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If we learn that someone under 13 is using SikaNest, we will close the account and delete its data.
  • If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use SikaNest only with the permission of a parent or guardian. They must accept these terms on your behalf, and they are responsible for how you use the app, including anything you buy.
  • You must be at least 18 to create, join or pay into a wallet susu circle. For a wallet circle you must also live in Ghana, transact in Ghana cedis, and pay from a Ghanaian mobile money wallet you have verified.
  • You must be able to enter into this agreement, or have a parent or guardian do so for you, and be using SikaNest for yourself rather than on someone else's behalf without their authority.
  • You must not be subject to sanctions that would make it unlawful for us to provide the service to you.
  • One account per person. Do not share it.

4What SikaNest is — and is not

SikaNest is a personal budgeting and money-tracking app. You record what you spend and earn, and the app turns that into budgets, bills, goals, insights and coaching. You can also keep shared records with other people in susu circles, budget groups and partner sharing.

SikaNest is not a bank, a licensed financial adviser, a lender, an insurer, a broker or a payment institution. We do not take deposits, we do not give regulated financial advice, and we do not extend credit.

Outside wallet susu circles, SikaNest never holds, moves or transfers your money. In classic susu circles, budget groups and everywhere else in the app, money moves entirely outside SikaNest and we only keep the records. Wallet susu circles route money through a licensed partner instead.

We do not link to your bank and we do not read a bank feed. Records reach the app because you or the people you share with enter them, scan a receipt, dictate an entry, or paste a mobile money or bank alert for the app to read on your device.

5Using SikaNest without an account

You can use SikaNest as a guest, without creating an account. What you enter as a guest is stored only on your device. It is not backed up: if you delete the app, erase its data or lose the phone, it is gone and we cannot recover it.

Some features need a free account because they rely on our servers or on other people: Sika Coach, receipt scanning, voice entry and AI insights, sync and backup, susu circles, budget groups, partner sharing, notifications and SikaNest Plus.

If you create an account or sign in on the same device, what you entered as a guest is added to that account. Where something looks like a duplicate of a record already there, such as the same starter budget, the app combines the two and lists what it combined.

These terms apply to you as a guest too, apart from the parts that only make sense for an account holder.

6Your account

  • Give us an email address you actually control. It is how you sign in and recover your account, and how we reach you about security and deletion. If you need to change it, contact us.
  • Use your real full name. Members of susu circles you join see it, a partner you invite sees it, and a bank account you add for payouts is checked against it.
  • Keep your details accurate, particularly your name and the phone numbers and accounts you use for wallet payments.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account — tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
  • We will never ask you for your password, your mobile money PIN, or a one-time code. Anyone who does is not us.
  • We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication and the app lock. Before sensitive changes, such as adding a payout account or changing your two-factor phone number, we ask for a fresh code even if two-factor authentication is off.
  • You can see your signed-in devices in the app and sign them out. Signing out or resetting your password ends a session immediately.

7Your data is yours

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You can export the records kept on your device as JSON or CSV from Settings, and you can delete your account at any time.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your records, sync them between your devices, process them to produce your budgets, insights, reports and coach answers, and show what you add to a shared space to the people you share it with. That permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free, lasts only as long as we hold the data, and exists for no other purpose. It does not let us sell your data or use it to advertise to you.

What you add to a shared space — a susu circle's ledger, a budget group, or your partner's view — is something other people rely on too. Leaving that space or deleting your account does not always remove it; the privacy policy explains when it stays.

You are responsible for what you put into the app. Do not upload someone else's personal or financial information without their permission.

If you send us feedback or a feature suggestion we may act on it without owing you anything — but we will never treat your financial records as feedback.

8Fair use

You must follow the rules of the app store you installed from and the terms of your mobile money or bank provider. And please do not:

  • Use the app for anything illegal, or to launder money, finance terrorism, or disguise the source of funds.
  • Impersonate anyone, or use a circle or group to defraud its members.
  • Try to break, overload, probe, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent a quota, paywall, rate limit or security control.
  • Use automated means to create accounts, or create extra accounts to get around free-tier limits.
  • Upload someone else's personal or financial information without their permission.
  • Put anything unlawful, abusive or misleading in a circle or group name, a description, a note, or a reason you give other members.
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or its content, or use it to build a competing service.
  • Interfere with another user's use of the service, or harass, threaten or abuse anyone through it.

9Budget groups and partner sharing

A budget group is a shared record for a household, a shared cost or a group fund. SikaNest does not move money for a group: members pay each other outside the app and record it here.

Everyone in a group sees what is recorded in it, including who paid what, each person's share, notes, and the account labels attached to contributions. Only add what you are happy for every member to see, and keep your entries accurate — other members' balances depend on them.

A group's owner and admins decide how people join and what role each member has. Anyone with a group's invite link or join code can see its name and size and ask to join, so share them only with people you mean to invite.

If you leave a group, your past entries stay in it. If you delete your account, your entries are removed from your groups, which changes other members' balances, and a group you own is deleted for everyone in it.

You can invite one partner to see a summary of how your month is going: your name, and the results and streaks of the rules you set, whose titles can include budget or goal names and amounts. The invite link is what grants access and it does not expire, so treat it like a password. Revoke it in the app at any time and the sharing stops immediately.

10Classic susu circles

A susu circle is a rotating savings group. Members contribute a set amount on a schedule, and each round the pot goes to one member, until every turn in the cycle has been collected.

Classic circles are free record-keeping only. Money changes hands between members entirely outside the app. We do not collect it, hold it, transfer it or guarantee it, and we are not a party to the arrangement between members.

That means the honesty and diligence of the group is the only thing standing behind a classic circle. If a member does not pay, SikaNest cannot recover the money, compel payment, or compensate anyone. What we provide is an accurate shared record of who owes what — nothing more.

A circle can set a late fine. Late fines are an agreement between members: SikaNest records them but never collects them, in classic or wallet circles.

If an organiser or members ask for help, our support team can correct a classic circle's records — for example marking a payment, changing the order, removing a member or transferring ownership. Doing so does not make us a party to the arrangement.

11Joining, schedules and leaving a circle

A circle's mode — classic or wallet — is chosen when it is created and cannot be changed afterwards, and neither can its collection order policy, its payout rules or its minimum Susu Score. Circles created before wallet mode existed remain classic.

You join with a circle's invite link or code, and a circle can require the organiser's approval or a minimum Susu Score. Anyone with an invite link can see the circle's name, description, amount, schedule, member count, joining and payout rules, and the organiser's name, so share links with care.

Joining a circle is a commitment to its other members to pay into every round you do not collect, until the cycle ends. Joining closes once a cycle is running. During a cycle nobody can leave or be removed, and an organiser cannot leave their own circle. You cannot leave a wallet circle while you owe it money.

Where available, an organiser can give a member more than one turn between cycles, up to three. Each turn is a separate contribution and a separate collection.

SikaNest sets the days circles do not collect on — weekdays it closes, public holidays and other important dates — and a due date falling on one moves to the next open day. A circle does not choose these; the days that apply to a cycle are fixed when that cycle starts, and later changes do not move a date you have already been given.

If an organiser deletes their account, their classic circles are deleted for every member.

12Wallet susu circles: custody

When a circle uses the wallet, contributions are collected and held by Moolre Limited, a payment service provider licensed by the Bank of Ghana, in wallets Moolre operates for SikaNest circles. SikaNest never takes possession of the money.

Custody is Moolre's. Ours is the record of how much of that balance belongs to which circle, round and member, kept in a balanced, append-only double-entry ledger where corrections are posted as offsetting entries and history is never edited.

Because SikaNest is not the custodian, we cannot promise the performance of the payment rails, and funds held by Moolre are subject to Moolre's own terms and to the protections its licence provides. Wallet circles are available in Ghana cedis only.

13Wallet susu circles: rules and verification

Before you create or join a wallet circle, the app shows its rules — who holds the money, who releases payouts, what joining requires and how fees work — and asks you to accept them together with the current version of these terms. We record which version you accepted.

To pay into a wallet circle you must use a Ghanaian mobile money wallet that you have verified by entering a code we text to that number. Before a payment prompt is sent, we show you the name the network has on record for that wallet.

To receive a payout you can use a verified mobile money wallet or a bank account. When you add a bank account we ask Moolre for the name it is registered under and compare it with the full name on your profile; if they do not match, the account cannot be used. A wallet cycle cannot start until every member has verified.

Only register wallets and accounts that belong to you. Do not register a number belonging to someone else, and do not ask another member to receive a payout for you — doing either breaches these terms and may be a criminal offence.

14Wallet susu circles: contributions

  • You contribute by authorising a payment from your verified mobile money wallet. Depending on the circle and what is available, you pay through the provider's secure checkout page, by approving a prompt on your phone, or through a personal pay link we text you.
  • Where available, one payment can cover everything you owe at once: all your turns in the round, anything overdue and, if the circle allows it, rounds paid ahead.
  • A contribution is only complete when the provider confirms it. Until then it is pending, and a pending contribution may still fail.
  • We confirm every payment with the provider under our own credentials rather than trusting the figures in a callback, so a contribution is credited on what the provider actually reports.
  • Authorising a payment is your instruction. Once it has settled into a round's pot you cannot reverse it on your own — other members are relying on it. Money that arrives late, twice, for a round that has already been paid out, or without a matching payment request is held for review, then applied or refunded once it has been checked.
  • A pay link we text you is personal. Anyone who has it can see your name and what you owe and start a payment, so do not forward it.

15Wallet susu circles: payouts

Rounds close strictly in sequence, and only one round is open at a time. The collection order is fixed before any money moves — set by the organiser, drawn at random, or claimed by members — according to the policy chosen when the circle was created.

When it is your turn, you ask for your payout in the app and choose which of your verified accounts it goes to. If the name registered to that account changes, the transfer can fail; you will need to verify the account again and ask again.

Each wallet circle chooses when it is created who releases its payouts, and the choice cannot be changed afterwards. Whoever releases a payout only decides whether the next payout in the agreed order is paid — never who is next in line:

  • The circle. The organiser approves, or the agreed share of the other members votes to approve. The recipient does not vote on their own round, and an organiser's decision to decline is final.
  • SikaNest. A senior member of our staff reviews each request and releases or declines it, recording a reason.
  • Automatic. The payout is approved as soon as the recipient asks for it.

16Wallet susu circles: missed and late payments

Depending on how the circle is set up, a round either waits until every contribution has arrived, or closes after its due date and a grace period and pays the recipient what has been collected.

When a round closes short, each missing contribution is recorded as a debt owed by the member who missed it, including their share of the fee. Where the circle's rules provide for it, a late payment goes to the recipient of the round it was owed to, released under the circle's payout rule, and anything still owed when the debtor's own turn comes is taken out of their payout.

A member who has already collected and still owes money after a set period cannot join or start another wallet cycle until the debt is paid.

SikaNest does not lend money to cover a shortfall, and does not guarantee that a debt will be repaid.

17Wallet susu circles: cancelling a cycle

Where available, a wallet cycle can be cancelled: the organiser asks and the members approve under the circle's approval rule, or SikaNest cancels it where that is necessary, for example to stop fraud or to meet a legal requirement.

When a cycle is cancelled, money in pots that have not been paid out goes back to the members who paid it in, with their share of the fee, less anything they owe to rounds that were paid out. Debts owed to cancelled rounds are dropped.

Our staff check each refund before it is sent to a verified mobile money wallet, so refunds are not instant.

18Wallet susu circles: failures and safeguards

Payments depend on mobile money networks and the provider. Contributions and payouts can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, including network outages, insufficient balance and provider limits.

We reconcile the provider's balance against our ledger regularly. If those figures disagree, we halt payouts across the service automatically until the difference has been explained and our staff lift the halt. That is deliberate: a pause is a far better outcome than paying out against numbers we cannot yet trust. A round's payout is also held if its fees cannot be worked out, until our staff resolve it.

We may also pause wallet payments where we suspect fraud or abuse, or where the law requires it. Throughout any halt or pause, money held by the provider stays allocated to its circle.

19Disputes between members

We are not a party to the agreement between circle members and we do not arbitrate their disputes. What we can do — and will do on request — is give the members of a circle the ledger record of what was contributed, approved and paid.

Where a dispute concerns a payment Moolre executed, it is dealt with under Moolre's complaint process, and we will help you reach it.

20What other members see

Contributions, payouts, fees and receipts in a circle are visible to its members — that openness is the point of susu. By joining a circle you accept that its members see your activity in it, together with your full name, the last four digits of your phone number, your photo, your Susu Score and tier, whether you have a confirmed payout wallet, whether your identity is verified (a green mark on your photo — members never see your Ghana Card, your selfie, or that a check is pending or was turned down), how many of your payments were on time, late or overdue, the masked number of the account a payout was sent to, and any reason you give for declining a payout.

They do not see your email address, your full account numbers, or anything about your money outside that circle.

21Fees and charges

The app is free to use, including classic susu circles, budget groups and partner sharing. Charges arise in only two places: SikaNest Plus, and wallet susu circles.

  • SikaNest charges a service fee of 1% of the pot, subject to a cap, on a wallet circle.
  • The fee is added on top of contributions, never deducted from the payout — the round's collector receives the pot in full.
  • It is split evenly between the turns paying into that round, and the collector pays no share for their own turn. Shares are rounded down, so we may collect slightly less than the nominal fee and never more.
  • Your share of the fee is shown before every payment and on your receipt. The percentage and the cap are set by us and may change; if they do, you will see the new figures before you next pay.
  • Mobile money collection costs are set by the provider and the network, not by us. The contributor pays that cost on top of their contribution so the pot receives the full amount. The charge shown before you pay is an estimate based on the provider's published charges, and your receipt shows what you were charged.
  • We pay the provider's charges for sending payouts and late-payment transfers; they are not taken from the pot.
  • Amounts we quote include any taxes we are required to charge unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for any tax arising from your own financial arrangements, including anything you record or receive through a susu circle.

22Susu Score

SikaNest calculates a Susu Score, from 0 to 1000, from how reliably you behave in circles: paying on time, completing cycles, voting on payout requests promptly, and staying to the end of a cycle after you have collected. Wallet circle payments count for more than classic ones, the score is capped until you verify a wallet, and it drifts back towards the middle if you are inactive for a long time.

Your score and tier are visible to members of circles you share, and any circle, classic or wallet, can set a minimum score for joining.

A Susu Score is a reliability signal inside SikaNest and nothing more. It is not a credit score, it has no bearing on your ability to borrow anywhere, and we do not sell it, share it with lenders or credit bureaus, or use it to make decisions with a legal effect on you. If you think yours is wrong, contact us: we will look at the underlying record, and our staff can correct a score where the record justifies it.

23SikaNest Plus

Plus is a paid upgrade that removes advertising and lifts the free limits on Sika Coach, receipt scanning, voice entry and AI insights. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription and, where offered, as a one-off lifetime purchase.

  • On iPhone and iPad, Plus is billed by the App Store under your Apple account. On Android, you pay through a secure checkout run by Paystack (mobile money and local cards) or Stripe (international cards). We never see your full card details or your mobile money PIN.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. A lifetime purchase does not renew.
  • To cancel an App Store subscription, use the subscription settings in your Apple account. To cancel a subscription you pay through Paystack or Stripe, email us before the renewal date and we will stop it. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policy; we will help you reach the right place, but we cannot issue them ourselves. For payments through Paystack or Stripe, contact us. None of this affects any statutory cancellation or refund right you have where you live.
  • Free trials and introductory offers, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
  • If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy Plus.
  • If Plus lapses, your data is not deleted. The limits and advertising return, and everything you entered stays yours to read and export.

24Advertising on the free tier

The free tier is funded by advertising: sponsorships we sell and serve ourselves, and ads from Unity Ads. They appear as banners and, now and then, as full-screen ads whose frequency we limit, and they are limited to content suitable for teenagers. On Android the app asks whether Unity Ads may personalise ads using your device's advertising ID, and they are personalised only if you say yes; on iPhone and iPad they are never personalised. None of your financial data is ever used to choose them. The privacy policy sets out the detail. SikaNest Plus removes ads.

An advertisement is not a recommendation. We do not endorse advertised products, we are not responsible for an advertiser's goods, services or conduct, and your dealings with an advertiser are between you and them. A sponsor's button may take you to its own website, which has its own terms. We never target advertising using your transactions, balances or budgets.

25Guidance, not advice

Budgets, forecasts, insights, health scores, leak detection, the salary-survival estimate and everything Sika Coach says are educational guidance produced from the figures you entered. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and they are not tailored to your full circumstances.

They can be wrong — particularly if your records are incomplete or a scanned receipt was misread. Check anything important before acting on it, and speak to a qualified professional about debt, investments, tax or insurance. Decisions you make with the app are yours.

The app produces drafts, not facts: a receipt scan, a voice entry and a parsed mobile money alert all become a draft for you to confirm. Confirming a draft is your statement that it is right.

26AI features and limits

Sika Coach, receipt scanning, voice entry and AI insights need a free account and are powered by OpenAI, acting as our processor. By using them you agree that the content needed to answer is sent for processing: your question and recent conversation, the receipt image, the recording, and a summary of your finances that can include your first name, income, goals, account balances, budgets, business totals and recent transactions. Your content is not used to train anyone's models.

Free accounts get a monthly allowance of each AI feature, and Plus lifts those allowances, subject to rate limits that stop misuse. All AI features are also subject to daily service-wide limits that protect the service from runaway cost. If you reach a limit, the feature tells you and pauses, and the rest of the app keeps working. We may change allowances, and will not reduce what Plus includes without telling you first.

To keep the coach safe, authorised staff may review coach conversations. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it as the only basis for a financial decision.

27Notifications, texts and email

We send service messages you cannot opt out of while you hold an account: sign-in and verification codes by email or text message, password resets, security notices — for example when your password changes or a payout account is added — and deletion confirmations. They are part of running your account safely.

Everything else can be turned off. Push notifications, such as reminders, insights and susu updates, and susu text messages are controlled in Settings, and push notifications can also be turned off in your device settings. Product news and offers by email can be stopped with the unsubscribe link in any message.

28Availability and changes

We work to keep SikaNest running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Because the app is local-first, your data stays readable on your device even when our servers are not reachable — features that need the network, including coach answers, receipt scanning, sync and all wallet payments, will not work while it is down.

We may add, change or retire features, and we may run beta or experimental features which are provided as-is and may change or disappear. Some features described in these terms are switched on gradually and may not be available to you yet. If we retire something you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export what it held.

Keeping the app reasonably up to date is your part of this: we support current versions, and an old build may stop working with our servers.

29Intellectual property

SikaNest — the app, our website, the name, the logo, the designs and the underlying software — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own money management, in line with these terms.

That licence does not let you copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from the app, remove any proprietary notice, or use our name or logo without written permission. Content you create stays yours.

30Third-party services

SikaNest depends on services operated by others: Moolre for wallet payments, mobile money networks and banks, Apple and Google for distribution, Apple, Paystack and Stripe for Plus payments, Unity for advertising, OpenAI for AI features, and the other processors listed in our privacy policy. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Where the app links to a third-party site or subscription service, the link is a convenience and not an endorsement.

31Ending it

You can leave at any time. Stop using SikaNest and delete your account from Settings — if you signed up with Google or Apple and never set a password, set one first. Deletion opens a 30-day grace period during which the account stays usable; to keep it, sign in and choose Keep my account. After that it is purged, subject to the records described in the privacy policy — and if a wallet payment of yours has not settled by then, we let it finish first. If susu money has moved through your account, it is closed rather than erased: the privacy policy says exactly what is kept, for how long, and how to have it reopened. Remember to cancel any Plus subscription separately. As a guest, you can erase everything from Settings.

Deleting your account removes your entries from budget groups you belong to, and deletes any budget group or classic susu circle you own for all of its members.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is being used to harm others or commit fraud, belongs to someone under 13, or where we are legally required to. We will tell you why unless the law stops us, and where the breach is fixable we will normally ask you to fix it first.

If we close your account we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data, unless that would be unlawful or would facilitate further harm. Where you are in an active wallet susu circle, we will handle any balance allocated to you in accordance with the circle's rules and the provider's requirements, rather than simply cutting off access to it.

32Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available, and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations, forecasts or AI output will be accurate or complete.

In particular, we do not warrant the conduct of other users, including the members of any susu circle or budget group you join, and we do not guarantee that a circle will complete, that any member will contribute or repay a debt, or that a payout will occur.

Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

33Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • Financial losses arising from decisions you made using the app, or from figures you or other members entered or confirmed incorrectly.
  • Losses caused by the service being temporarily unavailable, or by data you never synced — including everything you entered as a guest — being lost with a device.
  • The failure of another circle member to contribute or repay, or any loss arising from an arrangement between members that we are not party to.
  • Acts or omissions of mobile money networks, banks, Moolre, Paystack, Stripe or the app stores.
  • Indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings.
  • Where we are liable, our total liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in that period and GHS 500. This limit never applies to susu money we are required to pay out or return to you.
  • Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these limits apply only so far as consumer law permits.

34Your indemnity to us

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used SikaNest — because you uploaded another person's information without permission, used a circle or group to defraud its members, or broke the law or these terms — you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.

This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own breach or negligence, and if you are a consumer it applies only so far as consumer law permits.

35Complaints, disputes and governing law

Come to us first. Email sikanest@gmail.com with what happened and what you want us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Most problems are faster to fix than to argue about.

A complaint about a payment Moolre executed — money debited but not credited, a transfer that did not arrive — is handled under Moolre's complaints process as the licensed provider. Tell us anyway: we hold the ledger record you will need, and we will help you reach them.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

36Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date above this document always reflects the wording you are reading.

For a material change — anything that affects your rights, what things cost, or how susu money is handled — we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and you will be asked to accept the new version before you next create or join a wallet susu circle. For minor corrections and clarifications, we will simply update this page.

If you do not accept a change, your remedy is to stop using the service and delete your account before it takes effect.

37General

  • Entire agreement. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
  • Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is read down to the minimum change needed to make it valid.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a company that acquires the business, provided your rights are not reduced.
  • No third-party rights. Nobody other than you and us can enforce these terms.
  • Survival. The parts of these terms that by their nature should outlast the agreement — including those on your data, amounts owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes — survive its end.
  • Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control, such as a network or power outage, a natural disaster, or a change in law.
  • Language. These terms are written in English, and the English version governs.
